Pros
The team is very good, knowledgeable people from Developers to BA's. Everyone is very supportive and willing to help, this makes for a great work environment, where's there's positive feedback and discussions.
Cons
There's a spread lack of documentation in the system and tribal knowledge is no justification for it. The whole development process should be reviewed so that the features requirements are well documented. There's critical performance gaps that are not proactively addressed and should be taken more seriously.
