      Equium grew a lot so there have been lots of chances to grow with the company. I got 3 promtions in a year.

      Pros

      Steady work and they give you a nice jacket.

      Cons

      They are a very unethical group of Managers. They only want to hire work out to their friends and family regardless of the quality of work provided. The management will tell you what you want to hear and make you believe you are appreciated, when in fact they believe Operators are nobodies. Zero respect.
