      Pros

      Excellent compensation and benefits package including RRSP matching and Bonus. Equium has a lot of growth opportunity provided that I have grown from an administrative position to a managerial role. Promotions are given on merit on not favoritism.

      Cons

      This is an organization with an entrepreneurial mindset. Do not expect numerous layers of bureaucracy which is to be expected in larger companies. You are expected to apply your knowledge, skill sets and remain challenged at work as this company continues to grow.

      Pros

      Steady work and they give you a nice jacket.

      Cons

      They are a very unethical group of Managers. They only want to hire work out to their friends and family regardless of the quality of work provided. The management will tell you what you want to hear and make you believe you are appreciated, when in fact they believe Operators are nobodies. Zero respect.
