Pros
The stuff that's getting accomplished and built is really creating a way for us to accomplish our mission. The leadership in our department is strong, allowing for us to deal with our day to day, reach out potential and challenging us to improve ourselves. I really respect my colleagues and enjoy spending time with them in and out of work.
Cons
2020 was a slump and tough for everyone. The team and business have finally come back to a good rythmn.
