Decent place to start a career - Junior Underwriter Equity Now Employee Review

This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. I came into this position not knowing much about the mortgage industry, yet every employer at Equity Now has made sure I feel welcomed and comfortable. Great training and amazing co workers. Not only do they care about their employee's but also their families. Flexible schedule if needed and great opportunities for growth!

I have absolutely no cons.

I started here right out of college with no real business experience. I worked hard and proved that I was a dedicated employee interested in learning and growing and was given the opportunity to do just that. Equity Now rewards hard work not only through bonuses but through responsibilities, special projects and inclusion in important Company decisions.

I don't see this as a con but some may. You must be able to learn and work on your own. It is not a place where your hand will be held through every step.
