Good people, lots of exposure and experience to interesting and relevant systems.

Cons

Very poor documentation Poorly thought out/immature processes A focus on high level fixes for problems without seeming to actually understand the nature of the problems - fixes on paper without actually addressing the symptoms and problems reported.

Pros

The team is collaborative, knowledgeable, and always willing to support one another. I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies, which helped me sharpen my troubleshooting and customer service skills. Management is approachable and open to new ideas.

Cons

Like many fast-paced support environments, the workload can be high during peak periods. However, the team dynamic and management support make it manageable.
