Pros

For upper management it's a good job, not so much for the heart and sole of the resorts. They pay minimum wage to most with no preformance raises only 2% for full time.

Cons

They treat there employees as a number, no raises, no acknowledgement what so ever.

Pros

Great paid day for vacation, sick time, 5 mental health days, 3 personal time days, birthday off paid, 1 day community service.

Cons

Management needs restructured. No support from direct manager or human resources. Employees are unprofessional, no courtesy or respect from co workers. Hostile work environment.
