Manager is on a power trip and has a battle going on between them and the residents, let another employee intimidate and threaten me, no communication skills what so ever by the manager, my employment position was stripped of it's identity then never defined, was told by manager I was not allowed to make friends with the residents, that I shouldn't learn their names, they did not care one bit about the residents or guests, "This is MY park" yelled the manager when when I was explaining that the resident volunteers really did most of the planning for events. It was supposed to be a fun job creating fun for the residents and guests of the park, but it was not even close.
