Too much micromanagement Every sprint is off track and individually everyone is targeted If sprint goes well then its team effort and if even one thing is slightly off then individually everyone will be blamed. People are not at all friendly too approach, they want respect as they consider themselves to be seniors and they will constantly remind you to respect them like sir/mam.

Good company for freshers. You will get good exposure and will learn a lot.
