Pros

Some great coworkers, dynamic group of providers serving patients that are mission-focused, remote work. Lots of opportunities for good trainings. Benefits are good, and work hours are generally flexible.

Cons

Great deal of dysfunction across senior leadership. They seem to lack experience in leading people, and frequently engage in catty backstabbing behaviors with no accountability. Career advancement and promotions often driven by nepotism instead of merit, and often require adopting management tactics that misalign with one's core values. It is a common experience for employees to leave the organization feeling diminished, confused and gaslit.

Pros

Great mission-driven employees, comparable wages and decent benefits. Flexible PTO policy

Cons

Limited opportunity for growth or development, canceled onsites (of note, executives kept their several trips and onsites), company pulling back on DEI initiatives and culture opportunities, laying off pivotal leaders, company appearing to now prioritize profit over all else.
