      Pros

      Free membership and fitness classes and you can trade services with one another if you choose to do so and not have to pay for them which is a plus for some.

      Cons

      Discounts are very limited and I found no room for advancement. Advertising is poor as well.

      The General management is continuously changing so credit for past performance is lost.
