Pros

Free membership at the gym was probably the only thing to benefit from. Employee discount at shop and other equinox services.

Cons

Pay and hours are not enough to support the cost of living. Often times the resources that were needed to maintain consistent job performance was not available. Inability to communicate among other gyms

High turnover among advisors can create additional workload for remaining team members. Advancement opportunities exist but can be competitive and sometimes unclear. The focus on sales metrics can occasionally overshadow the hospitality and member experience aspects of the role. Corporate initiatives and promotions can change frequently, requiring advisors to quickly adapt messaging and sales strategies
