This is a long list. I’ll start with the turnover. Equiliem has always had very high turnover. People typically don’t stay at Equiliem very long, whether it be them getting terminated, let go for “restructuring” or even quitting on their own due to concerns over job security, the lack of raises, or the poor commission structure. In the past 1-2 years, easily 50+ employees have either been “let go” or resigned on their own. Executive leadership is another major issue. They’re so disconnected from the day to day operation that they make poor decisions about operational changes and they don’t understand the difficulties the production teams face on a day to day basis.
We lost some really terrific staff members due to poor leadership over the years. The operational structure of the company is very flawed. Recruiters and Account Managers alike are not in control of their own success due to operational delays and inefficiency.
Equiliem does NOT do annual raises. There are people working for Equiliem who have been making the same salary for years. I can even go as far to say that there are some people there who make less money than previous years due to changes in the commission and bonus plans.
