Poor senior level leadership Toxic traits of senior leaders Autocratic leadership style Bullying frequent Don’t respect their managers Ban managers from talking to each other Poor senior level decision making, nothing moves forward No commercial experience in senior leadership Don’t listen to managers with years of experience Can’t speak up, expected to just smile and do things you know are wrong Managers just ‘disappear’, you can’t ask why and they are banned from speaking to anyone Company is falling apart. Senior leadership have exited contracts and now can’t fill beds Commissioners don’t trust them I expect the company will go under if the ‘leadership’ continue to run the business as they do from how they treat employees to how they approach commercial activity when they don’t have a clue what they’re doing Sell you a ‘dream’ of how they’re on a drive to change. Keep things the same as they don’t know how to do it or don’t have the Will to really change. It’s maybe a ploy to get bums on seats Basic holidays No sick pay No annual pay rises, except for those on minimum wage in line with legal requirements Can’t speak up

Bullying management. Actually abusing patients. Constantly working on unsafe conditions. Very clearly for profit care, concerns are ignored and management don't know what they're doing.
