      Pros

      Senior staff took the time to make sure you were learning lots and explain all the processes thoroughly. A great place to be able to work hard and feel accomplished at the end of the day

      Cons

      Equilibrium was a great place to work and i found there were no cons during the summer when i worked there.

      Lots of learning, and hand on experience on unique projects

      Very toxic atmosphere to work in. Too much gossip and paranoia stemming in the company.
