Equativ Response
1moThank you for sharing your experience so openly. We are genuinely sorry that your time at Equativ did not meet your expectations, and we take this feedback seriously.
We hear you on the areas you raised - role clarity, the way feedback and 1-1s were handled, and the sense of cultural disconnect. These matter to us, and we acknowledge that your experience fell short of what we aim to provide. The change in reporting line you experienced was an exceptional situation following a regional realignment, and not reflective of how we typically operate.
We believe in transparent communication, constructive management, and an inclusive environment for every employee across every region. Your feedback is a genuine reminder that we need to keep strengthening this, especially as we grow in APAC.
We wish you all the best in your next chapter, and thank you again for your honesty. Should you ever feel the need to talk things through, we remain open to that conversation.
