Pros
1. Good people to work with. The employees are very much helpful. 2. Projects are too exciting. The main reason to join this company is the type of projects you'll get to work in. 3. Free pizza for lunch if u work on Saturdays.
Cons
1. If u work hard, they'll repay u with more and more work. 2. You should work atleast for 10-11 hours a day.. if, by chance you don't hav any work n leave after completing 9 hours or even 9.5 hours, on the next day ull b called to CEOs cabin for a lecture o ull b given lot of work to do so that You don't leave early again. 3. Less salary. There's a margin of 1-2k between salaries of freshers and experienced ones.. 4. NO PROPER PROJECT MANAGEMENT. Ull be made to jump in and out of projects like a monkey.. 5. No matter how much productive work u do, if u do not sit for 11 hours, they take it as u do nothing!
