Pros
-You will get ample of opportunity to get to know about new technologies , about Microsoft Technology particularly. -Being a startup you have a wide scope to learn new technology. -You are open to put your ideas while solving any problem statement. -Lot of scope for R & D stuff. -If you show some interest , these guys will make you Hero from Zero. But hard work is needed. -Good company for those who have to know the technology , who love coding.
Cons
-Working hours are not that suitable. You just no your start time . - No project management. They generally impose close deadlines for developers. While using new technologies there need some R & D . You have to understand the things and then implement. But in that case you will be asked to work whole night to meet the deadline. Do the R&D or whatever , they want the output. This happens as there is no technology expert for the technology which have been chosen. - Lack of experienced candidates and mentors except Microsoft Technologies. - You will not get any relaxation as once you finish your allocated task new task will be always ready with its deadlines. Lack of project management.
