The people on my line were supportive and professional — it was easy to rely on each other during busy shifts.
Cons
1. The shifts were extremely long and exhausting - I often found myself literally falling asleep on my feet. 2. Communication between management and workers wasn’t always transparent; some decisions felt sudden or unfair. 3. They even canceled a Passover gift that had already been sent - it left a bad taste and really affected morale.
