      Pros

      Flexibility and snacks. They do free lunch Wednesdays. The employees are what makes this company great.

      Cons

      LEADERSHIP. They have the “in-crowd” of favorites who seem to get promotions and spot raises all the time. Lots of ex- BCBS Minnesota employees brought in by senior leadership who also use to work at BCBS Minnesota. They’re running the company into the ground.

      Work is remote for most roles

      Cons

      Unstable work environment, low wages, little to no annual incentives, constant turnover, roles get eliminated and work passed on to the next person, constant change in management, HR is not friendly.
