The organization does incredible work that impacts LGBT+ people. The people who work here are committed to social justice causes.
Cons
The senior leadership refuses to change policies and procedures that promote inequity. The pay gap between managers and associates is problematic. Their solution? Start paying managers a lower salary than previously promoted managers. The pay isn't competitive and doesn't reflect the amount of work people do. The staff has unionized but the organization has pushed back at every step despite being an organization that is fighting for equality.
