      Pros

      Everyone seemed to be so welcoming and social, I felt like I could talk to anybody and ask anyone questions. The culture was very casual and I had opportunities to telework.

      Cons

      There weren't many cons. I feel very lucky to have worked at EqualLevel, especially as my first job.

      Small number of employees but everyone involved.

      Onboarding and training, only due to fact it is a small company.
