      Pros

      *Good company culture and genuinely nice people. *The owner of the company is a very decent and respectful person. *Salary and bonus are always provided on time. *Beautiful and artistic office interior. *Complimentary lunch and company-provided transportation.

      Cons

      *Weekly 1-day holiday. *HR team says they are cooperative but reality is different. *Yearly increment process takes around 5–6 months. *Increment low *Too much internal politics and favoritism, especially in the ERP (IT) team. *Immediate termination without proper notice in some cases. *Outdated technology stack with no successful ERP implementation so far. *Lack of clear vision and direction from leadership; the ERP team is visibly frustrated with the management
