Pros

Great starting pay for service & support (Advanced Product Support/Customer Relations) (should be higher considering the stress) Nice bonuses & Annual Raises (5%) Hybrid Work (only 6 days in office a month) Beautiful & Spacious Campus

Cons

Extremely stressful position. Lot of escalations and micromanagement adds on to it. You will have to have a strong mental state to do your job daily. Difficult to move up from lower level positions and if they do, it's a lateral move (this is not a company for growth or to move up, everyone has been in their positions for 10+ yrs) Management will promote newer people that just got hired rather than those who has been there for YEARS! Service/Support has a really strict attendance policy with not enough sick/vacation days (only allowed 6 sick days a year)

Thank you for your informative and candid feedback. We are happy to offer comptetitive benefits, like the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule, annual bonuses, raises and more. We always invite our employees to share concerns and feedback with their manager, Human Resources, or through the Blue Line. We encourage you to explore these options and find out more about career opportunities within Epson. It's great to hear such glowing words regarding our campus. A lot of thought and effort went into creating an environment that people would want to work in. Epson prides itself in offering competitive starting pay for quality team members. We look forward to hearing from you.

Pros

Although I work remotely, I find that Epson's workplace is for people who value accountability, integrity, sustainability, and true inclusivity. The pay and benefits are strong, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cons

Somewhat siloed and territorial between departments.
