Pros

Bonuses (two times a year - when company does well) After 5 years, time off accumulates fast. For QA and most positions, time off during Christmas is awesome. (PTO) Flexible management and company for the most part, looks for ways to improve it's culture and yearly appreciations, events throughout from FunClub is thumbs up!

Cons

Culture is 6 out of 10. Pay and raises are 6 out of 10. Lack of break rooms, bathrooms, and other break options. Some management need training on how to treat and value others. Appraisal software is a joke or needs a lot of help! 3 out of 10.

Pros

Although I work remotely, I find that Epson's workplace is for people who value accountability, integrity, sustainability, and true inclusivity. The pay and benefits are strong, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive.

Cons

Somewhat siloed and territorial between departments.
