      Pros

      For the most part the company is great. Pto and they try to work with you.

      Cons

      They don’t care about they employees in the sense to not train them and if you have an issue with your management deal with it or they will terminate you. They don’t care about YOU. just work and what you bring to the table.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to grow at this company and make an impact. Other employees are also hard workers.

      Cons

      The management can be very involved which is a good and bad thing. Also with it being smaller teams due to a smaller contracting company you may have to wear multiple hats.
