Great Company with good leadership. People tend to stay with the company long-term.

Pay is struggling to keep up with cost of living in San Diego.

Lots of opportunities to grow at this company and make an impact. Other employees are also hard workers.

The management can be very involved which is a good and bad thing. Also with it being smaller teams due to a smaller contracting company you may have to wear multiple hats.
