- Friendly and supportive colleagues who made daily work bearable - At the time, it was one of the larger companies in Greece, offering some brand recognition
Cons
- Toxic and politically charged environment — progress often depended on who you agreed with, not what you delivered - HR was practically non-existent; no real support for employees - Perks were minimal to none, and even basic benefits felt like a stretch - Lots of talk about innovation and agile, but it was all theory — no real implementation - Still stuck on outdated tech stacks with no roadmap for modernization - Compensation was consistently below market, even after years of service and proven performance
