Pros
I had an incredible team and clients. The unlimited PTO and flexibility given by my director was great, and it's hard to find a team that allows you to work fully remote for two weeks. There are a lot of great people that work here and want to help the team succeed.
Cons
The pay is not competitive, I know people at other companies that shared my title, did less work, and were making much more than me. Communication by the VP's needs to be clearer, lots of decisions were being made without the consideration of their employees. VP's often didn't understand everything that would fully go into getting certain things off the ground and would overpromise to Clients. Very little growth opportunities and very little room for a raise.
