Large company with disorganized management - Business Systems Analyst Epsilon Employee Review

Unorganized management coupled with the lack of transparency - leads to teams that are understaffed/overstaffed. Lack of innovation from a technology standpoint - perhaps it's partly a byproduct of legacy client base, but it's discouraging for newly hired analysts seeking experience in relevant technology. Low pay, but the value analysts are enabled to deliver is also low - a lose/lose situation.
