Pros

Good benefits, PTO policy, WFH policy as well as a relaxed and casual office environment. Climate and culture is easy going and the vast majority of associates are a pleasure to work with and approach including both Sr. Management and Executive level personnel.

Cons

Little movement within company once on-boarded if you want to stay in your chosen career path. Many times Sr positions are filled from outside without consideration to the current set of associates. The results are disappointing with the new leadership either taking several years to be brought up to speed with such a broad and extensive set of technologies and client base or, more often than not, with them not being a good fit to the environment resulting in a revolving door of leadership with the respective goalposts changing with each new hire. The company companies top leadership/officers have decided to actively off-shore many positions (both administrative SME and managerial) in a misguided attempt to save money. This off-shoring has come with a marked decline towards positive customer servicing causing some clients both major and minor to abandon ship due to the noticeable decline in responsiveness and quality of client servicing. The current trend has also contributed to a decline in morale among many of their most knowledgeable and dedicated associates causing several to seek new opportunities out of their own accord.

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
