Where do I begin... Firstly, I have read every negative review on here and relate to each and every one of them, regardless of job function or department. The problem Epos Now has is that the management scaled the business but never scaled their managerial skills. And it is clear that they are now out of their depth as to how to run a company of this size. The CEO will lose his head at things that his right hand men have messed up, and let it out on those who simply execute orders. The rest of the C-Suite are chiming in and that's why you have a glorified boys club and overpaid bullies. The work itself would be ok, if you didn't get asked to lie to customers or act in an incredibly unethical way. Great people consistently get pushed out because senior management undermines their expertise, because, as a review from early September noted too "everyone is an expert in everything" at Epos Now. The best moment of my time at Epos Now was the moment I got to resign.
