      Pros

      Great team manager in fact great management across board - very encouraging and supportive. Generous commission structure Everyday you learn something new Good industry insights from conversing with business owners etc

      Cons

      Salary not market competitive when factoring in no healthcare etc. Commission structure is generous, but impossible to reach higher tier bands in IRE unless doing UK sales (which is difficult with IRE accents). Training & Support of IRE customer base needs review. Bigger marketing drive for IRE needed as not most recognized Epos company here. Remote working, no offices in IRE. No health care, dental or life insurance. Not in new governmental pension scheme.

      Pros

      Its a great company. this place is full of inclusion. everyone is welcomed and celebrated.... This Is not Old School Corporate... Its not stuffy and stale its new and vibrant the energy in this building is infectious. HR is Top Tier Amazing and my trainers were very good at their jobs.

      Cons

      The ONLY con so far is that my desk is far away from the beautiful 20th floor ceiling to floor view over looking the city lol but i will work my way closer to that window view
