I have read some of the few cons that other people have posted - and you have to make your own mind up about the reasoning behind some of those posts; I would neither work somewhere where there was a negative environment or for a CEO that did not encourage diversity in all of his team. I have not encountered anything negative or felt any negativity about working here - in fact, I have been nothing but encouraged and empowered by the CEO and the team since my arrival. It is a fast-paced, driven and positive culture, and that works for some, and for others it doesn't, but if you take pride and are motivated in your work, then this company does nothing but support that work ethic and encourages it. Everyone I have met has been friendly, supportive and works hard to deliver the company vision and goals, which is well rewarded and frequently acknowledged by the entire team. Diversity is positively encouraged in all areas and tiers of the business.
