      Pros

      Had an amazing time working at EposNow. Days were enjoyable, colleagues were great. Fun environment.

      Cons

      Low pay. Not much upward mobility. Stagnant positions, high turnover rate. Management was great but the CEO of EposNow is as greedy as can be. After finding out through a reliable source within the company how much the managers and VP were making, I knew that not only would I not be there long term but employees were not valued.

We are continually reviewing our processes and structures. This includes annual pay reviews and progression paths. I am pleased to confirm there is considerable opportunities happening in the business at present, including as you may have seen in the US, internal move opportunities into Sales Management. I have to state that pay information should be dealt with in strictest confidentiality. However, as stated above, the business is working through its review and progression processes and we are reinvesting in this.

      Pros

      Its a great company. this place is full of inclusion. everyone is welcomed and celebrated.... This Is not Old School Corporate... Its not stuffy and stale its new and vibrant the energy in this building is infectious. HR is Top Tier Amazing and my trainers were very good at their jobs.

      Cons

      The ONLY con so far is that my desk is far away from the beautiful 20th floor ceiling to floor view over looking the city lol but i will work my way closer to that window view
