Great people lots of opportunities to make an impact management and upper leadership listens, lots of opportunities for advancement, Lots of long term employees who support a surprisingly vibrant culture for a primarilyremote company. Consistent annual raises as long as you set goals that impact your team or support the business and then achieve those goals. Decent 401k match Vacation policy has improved in recent years (an example of leadership listening to employees)
Cons
Long hours can be expected of you, but that can come with a high hourly rate, which can be a pro if you like making more money the harder you work. Insurance benefits could be more generous.
