Pros
eDiscovery is a great industry to be in and Epiq certainly had a foothold in here. Good Work life balance. You can gain a lot of industry knowledge here.
Cons
Experience was good initially but they now want to do layoffs... so the pressure is on to get employees to quit voluntarily by making their work environment challenging. But am pretty confident they'll do a round of mass layoffs before the end of 2025. Writings on the wall...
