Poor communication, problem employees are not addressed - Shipping Clerk Epimed Employee Review

Shipping lead has anger issues, constantly complains about other employees, procedures, and everything in general. They refuse to learn to more efficiently use the tools of the job, insisting “that’s how it’s always been done”. They have been incredibly rude to other employees and myself, to the point they were way too physically close. Management does nothing because “that’s how they are”. Changes to procedure and product are not communicated to everyone else. Layoffs due to COVID-19. Pay was low.
