Pros

- Great people to work with - Fun work environment - Excellent location

Cons

- Pay isn't even reasonable - Lack of management - Clear favoritism towards some and not others - Culture is just something to share on social media and website, it is not existent in day to day life. - The contract you sign is completely rediculous and prevents you from getting a similar job in the area. BEWARE - Laughable raises and compensation - Turnover is rampant

Epicosity Response

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about working at Epicosity. We are always striving to be the best, so we’ll use your feedback to help us improve. We wanted to offer responses to a few of your comments: Pay: We base our compensation on a review of similar pay for similar jobs within our market along with a person’s experience level. We have also implemented a profit sharing program so everyone can benefit when we’re successful. Culture: We admit, our culture isn’t the same as when we only had a dozen people as Epicosity focuses more on doing industry leading work. Having 35+ team members will do that. As a response to comments like yours, we’re improving our Culture Club and talent development department to really focus on creating the type of environment where people can succeed both in their career and as a person. Non-Compete Agreement: Advertising agencies get the privilege of learning about proprietary products, processes and advantages before the public, to which they expect their trust to be protected. Epicosity has proprietary information and customer relationships that employees engage with intimately as well. Employees have a chance to review the document before deciding to sign it. Turnover: At Epicosity, 30% of our team has been with us for more than 5 years, and 60% have been with us for more than 2 years. According to Adweek, the average turnover rate in advertising is 30%, which is second to only to tourism. In 2019, our turnover was well below the industry average at 18%.

Pros

Fast paced, friendly, and fun atmosphere. Incredibly talented people throughout the office from the AE's to HR.

Cons

Pay is dismal compared to industry standards with every job in the office, PTO is not comparable to standards. Extra work and responsibilities with no extra pay.

Pros

Coworkers for the most part were great! Professional, intelligent group.

Cons

Leadership was awful, the VP Team that the owners put in place is a joke. None of the leadership have their own accountability or know how to positively lead a team. The "culture" that they promote is all smoke and mirrors. The pay and benefits were terrible.
