Not many cons to mention. Salary could be higher, but then again, when is that ever not the case?

If you are looking for new challenges and like to work independently, Epicater offers that. You will find unfinished structures and a relaxed and super friendly work atmosphere which offers a lot of room to get creative and help improve the companies work processes. Knowledge input from previous experience is always welcome to help bring the company forward. Also they are still expanding their actual main business field so there is a lot of potential to support Epicater's growth and to grow with them and in terms of evolving work responsibilities and promotions when the company grows. Working hours can be flexible to a certain degree.

Sometimes work can be a bit unorganized and the communication is not perfect yet. This can sometimes lead to miscommunication between team members or between employees and clients/vendors. The salary is also not for everyone (and therefore a con for some people); since this is a start-up you cannot expect a super high income. Anyone who thinks of joining, should keep that in mind.
