      Pros

      The last years here have been terrible, with plenty of layoffs and a catastrophic culture. I wish I had listened to previous employees who left and had never considered choosing Epical.

      Cons

      Honestly, the only downside is some of my colleagues that also left. They may say that this was the case before, but I recommend reaching out to previous employees on LinkedIn and asking them—you will see the difference.

      The team members are generally professinal and friendly and genuinely trying their best despite the circumstances. Opportunities to learn new tools and systems when work is available.

      Cons

      Noticeable favoritism affects workload distribution and visibility. Instances of bullying and dismissive behavior undermine psychological safety and discourage open communication. Accountability for structural issues is frequently shifted onto individuals. Lack of projects leads to inconsistent workloads, long idle periods, and limited opportunities for professional development.
