      The work is engaging and varies day-by-day so it was never monotonous.

      Cons

      The expectations are unrealistic unless you consistently work 55+ hours. Your manager will not stand up for you if your customer has unrealistic expectations. You are easily replaced and the technical skills you learn are specific to Epic.
