Pros
Good pay, nice working environment, intelligent and helpful co-workers. There were potentials to make the job a career and my boss was able to find me opportunities that matched my interests and strengths.
Cons
Can be stressful at times. Training was like college education filled with classes and tests. It took a while to adjust to the schedule and dense workload.
