      The pay is good for starting out

      Cons

      They don't care about people, they push you out if you are struggling mentally and the whole "culture" is actually a cult". They only hire straight out of college so that new hires don't know that most jobs are not so terrible.

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
