      Pros

      Good pay right out of school, tons of responsibility. If you have the drive to succeed, Epic will make a path for you. If you don't however...

      Cons

      Heavy work hours, lots expected from employees. If you're a "do enough to get by" kind of person, this is the wrong company for you. If you don't burn out by the time your TL gets around to firing you, consider yourself lucky.

      Meritorious work environment, capable coworkers, work that has high impact, high degree of autonomy, interesting work, campus, food, benefits. Reasonable views on AI

      Young. Parental leave isn’t great. Limited remote work. Required travel.
