Pros
You work with great people and get great benefits. It is challenging work but it is truly rewarding in that you feel a sense of accomplishment once things start to come together.
Cons
They work you hard here. Depending on your personality, it is oftentimes difficult to step back and have a good work/life balance. It almost feels like you can keep working for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you had the time/effort to do so.
