      -Cafeteria is amazing -emphasis on training how to be a good employee -tons of transferable skills -helpful co-workers -a lot of opportunities to get involved -get a lot of feedback on your performance

      -lack of diversity in age range -training can be a bit tedious at times -easy to take on more things than you have time for
