-Epic is unique in terms of its complexity. It's built to do everything, but it's often unintuitive when you're training. (Training typically takes 4 months). The tools you're building are so complex, that it can be very boring to get through that training. -Because Epic is built to be deeply customizable for each hospital, often you'll be in charge of fixes for bugs that have really time consuming set up processes. On an almost daily basis, I will spend at least 2 hours toggling settings in order to reproduce bugs.
