      - Lots of money in a not too high cost-of-living area - Madison is a cool place

      Cons

      - Job experience is tied up in a super proprietary tech stack, making transferable skills difficult to acquire - They hire a loooot of young people and churn through them. Can be difficult to feel like you matter in this regard. That being said if you stick around you can make a lot
