      -The people -Pay and benefits especially health insurance -Good PM experience if you're on that kind of project. Given a lot of responsibility from the get-go

      Cons

      -Long hours expected; hard to keep work-life balance. A lot of burnout before the 2 year mark -Not a lot of vacation time -Knowing M is pretty much non-transferrable
